The Bruce Craft House
The Bruce Craft House, a name forged out of fire, craft beer and local food is the new restaurant collaboration between the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre and B Hospitality. With its state of the art stone fired oven, making everything from traditionally inspired pizza to freshly baked breads and bagels to its 10 local craft beer taps to the locally inspired and sourced fare, the Bruce Craft House has something for everyone to enjoy! CHEF AARON
Chef Aaron Clyne joined the Bruce Craft House team more than 6 years ago as the Executive Chef. He is a graduate of Toronto’s George Brown College and their elite Chef Training program. After working at some of the top spots in Toronto, Mississauga, and Oakville, he took up residence in Cambridge running his first restaurant at just 22 years of age.
An apprentice of Chef Pascal Gendron, Chef Clyne is classically trained in French cuisine with elements of Italian and modern Asian influences.
Trend setting, food exploration, locally-sourced products, and a love for quality food and beverages are what get him out of bed in the morning. He brings 15 years of hospitality knowledge to the brand and is continually invested in its growth, development, and leadership role in the community.
He is a passionate, creative, and driven Chef leading a team of award-winning culinary professionals that strive every day to create memorable dishes and an incredible guest experience.
On the off chance you may catch him outside of the kitchen; he enjoys spending time with his wife traveling the world, at local markets, restaurants and entertaining at home.
