What is your check-in time?

Our check in time is 3pm. If your room is available prior to 3pm we will happily check you in, otherwise, we can store your luggage and you are welcome to use the facilities.

What is required at check-in?

A valid credit card is required at time of booking and upon check-in. Please be advised that upon check-in, your credit card will be pre-authorized for the total charges of your stay plus an additional $200 (minimum) for incidentals per stay. If your reservation has been pre-paid, a pre-authorization of $200 (minimum) is still required at time of check-in for incidentals. Prepaid credit cards are not accepted as a form of security deposit.

Do you have a minimum check in age requirement?

Minimum check in age is 18 (proof of identification may be required)

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations may be cancelled by 4pm on the day of arrival. Cancellations later than 4pm will be charged for the full night’s room and tax or package.

Do you offer late checkouts?

We do our best to try and accommodate all guest requests. Please inquire at our Front Desk is if a late check out is possible.

Do you offer express checkout?

Yes, and a final receipt can be emailed upon request.

Are you able to accommodate special requests?

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and cannot be guaranteed.

Can I store my luggage?

Yes, storage is available behind the front desk, ask guest services for assistance.

What your standard time to respond to a guest?

5 minutes during Operating Hours.

What is the standard time for guest resolution?

We will do our best to get back to all Guest Feedback as soon as possible.

How is cell phone coverage?

All wireless networks have incredible coverage.

WiFi access and password will be provided upon check-in or by request.

Complimentary Parking is available both on site at the hotel and The Venue situated next to the hotel.

Unfortunately Valet Parking is not available but please park anywhere complimentary.

Yes, we do provide electric car hookups on the north side of the building for hotel guests and restaurant patrons.

We do not offer shuttle services to the local attractions, although we do recommend Uber service or via Cambridge Taxi.

Yes, our first floor is pet friendly, with an additional charge applied.

Starting at $50.00 per pet, per stay, and rates are based on room type booked. Fees do not include tax and are subject to change, all prices are in CAD.

Absolutely (No charge if owner has papers)

Is there any weight or breed limits?

No we don’t discriminate

Extra Towels, Extra Pillows, More Coffee.

Where can I buy the bathroom lotion/products?

If you have forgotten any amenities, please visit our gift shop situated in the main lobby.

Where can I buy the robes?

Unfortunately bath robes are not available for sale at this time.

Coffee is available in Guest Rooms, Suites, and Restaurant.

Is there a fridge in my room?

All Guest Rooms and Suites are equipped with a Fridge.

No, we do not have in-room safes however safes are available behind the front desk.
